Stitched - The Film

We are happy to announce that Dinner at Eight Artists is a sponsor for "stitched - the film" and our name will roll in the credits. Isn't that cool?! The movie will be shown at the International Quilt Festival in Cincinnati, and Leslie and Jamie have their tickets!
The Stitched documentary follows three art quilters for one year leading up to the largest quilting competition in the U.S. held annually in Houston. The film will premier in April 2011.

Leslie Tucker Jenison and Jamie Fingal will be teaching at Festival in Cincinnati.  It's pretty cool to see our names in print in the class catalog!

Musical Chairs:  A Painted Canvas Collaboration - an all-day class on Saturday, April 9th.  We will paint a huge canvas in the morning, and then cut it up and give a section to each student to make into the following items in the last photo on this post.  It's a really fun class!
